Missouri is got a new law to address Cannabis “Hemp” and its use in Missouri. Making it the 40th state to take on some “Hemp” in Agriculture laws.
New Hemp law:
Does not require hemp growers to use certified seeds.
Allows the Missouri Crop Improvement Association to “collect seeds from wild cannabis plants,” first-of-its-kind language in a state law to account for so-called “ditch weed” already growing throughout Missouri.
Allows farmers to import seeds from other states or countries if they wish.
Limits THC content to 0.3%.
Requires hemp growers to devote 10-40 acres to hemp if total statewide hemp acreage exceeds 2,000.
Hemp can’t be considered an “adulterant” when added to food.
Requires state agriculture regulators to “explore the option of transporting samples from Missouri to contiguous states” for the purpose of testing for pesticides.
Allows unlicensed hemp growers to keep their plants if they pay a $500 fine and apply for a hemp license within 30 days.
A great associate of mine has produced new legislation for Cannabis. One that would set cannabis free restore it back to where it was before it was added to Schedules called “Marijuana” and attacked.
We’ll be supporting this act and you can see full details on his site – cannabisrestoration.org
Another study comes about that shows raw cannabis, that contains THC-A rather than THC has some superior qualities. THC-A has neuroprotective aspects shown in many of the studies. The raw cannabis contains THC-A and whole set of unbroken (heat breaks some down, not just THC-A) cannabis to be absorbed though your system, as well as terpenes, EFAs – Omegas, Chlorophyll (great for you) plant proteins and more.
Cannabis Sativa L is both Medical Marijuana and Industrial Hemp! Praise the Almighty Living God for his provisions!
I urge you guys also to put in some decisions to put Cannabis to disposed into good use. Cannabis Reclamation should be started and as needed Businesses can collect and Dispose of cannabis in approved ways to be clean and help our communities. In our history before cannabis probation cannabis was able to be used to pay taxes as a poorly grown plant (just tossed in the yard) could be reclaimed. (See – https://www.hemp.com/hemp-history/ – If unfamiliar with this! for a quick rundown)
Methods can be used to change what was once medical cannabis into Industrial applications that would not be able to be transformed back. Made into many valuable goods that can help our state. Your throwing away money if you aren’t considering this and wasting what could be otherwise used.
Missouri being #2 in Cannabis help years back should know all of its applications.
May your minds be blessed in knowledge in these drafts! Thanks for helping out neighbors and family get access to the healing properties God has blessed this plant with!

Last week Israel had a Cannabis technology conference called CannaTech. The former Prime Minister Ehud Barak attended, he highly vouched for it and called Israel “the land of milk, honey… and cannabis’
There is some interesting ways to consume Cannabis now days.
Flower; vaped or burned, extracts, tinctures, eye drops, skin salves, lozenges, soda, brownies, suppositories, you name it. How about you ever see the Pechoti intake method?
Web Browsing and checking Cannabis news I run into an article about “Cannabis containing the next superfood!”. 🤣
Cannabis is THE Superfood. Cannabis is as safe as any other food. It actually is safer and has all the nutrients to live off of! Cannabis is full of the amazing Essential Fatty Acids… Which in turn become our own bodies form of Cannabis – EndoCannaboids!
They really don’t get in that part, well a little talking about the EFAs. They also nicely talk how “Hemp” is a “Cousin” or “Marijuana” which is still such a silly debate. Its all Cannabis Sativa L. the feds just dis-allow it with THC. Its like a literal banning of red tomatoes….. ‘You can stick to the yellow ones.’
Cannaboids help regulate our bodies, it is good for you and has been for the last 6,000 years!
Inspiration for this article out on Living it – Link Below:
Colorado – Removed their ‘Hemp’ definition from their constitution, so they can stay consistent with the federal stance. (was only state to define it in their constitution).
Michigan – Rec – Joins as #10 in Recreational states with Proposal 1, and legalizes cannabis!
