Opinion of fear Opinion of Kevin Sabet of the Hill – The youth crisis is the problem.

I am always takeing here for the opinion of whats out here. Here’s another I must speak out on! This time, The Hill’s Kevin Sabet – “Opinion: The real youth drug crisis is marijuana”. What kind of Anti-Cannabis is it? The same reaction as always, lets throw a bunch of the same disputed points and see what sticks. Of course starting with this isn’t grandaddy’s Cannabis! Then deep diving with More Propaganda like:

May study from a program of the Public Health Institute, which looked at nearly 100,000 adolescents, revealed that kids living in cities and counties where marijuana storefronts and/or delivery are banned were much less likely to have had a recent diagnosis of a psychotic disorder than kids who lived closer to them.

Data from European researchers published in March suggests marijuana drives up the risk of schizophrenia and psychosis, and that this elevated risk is doubled for teens.

————-

Because they are close to cannabis distributon they have psychotic issues? They forget the street cannabis and throw that in? Studies here in America have gone back and forth on this “Psychosis” idea too. With many who have showin those with Schizophrenia and psychosis drift towards its use and can find help often with the right strains and method of taking it. It appears to be in the relation for looking for the managing of their bodies systems it helps regulate.

Consult your cannabis knowledgable doctors for guidance.

I would hope The Hill would have better infomation by now. Education is the key to resolving these troubles over Cannabis.

Did the DEA rig marijuana rescheduling process?

Strange happenings in trying to reschedule. Not too big a surprise!

Suspicions are rising that the DEA may have rigged the marijuana rescheduling process.

Public documents suggest the DEA may have weighted the process to reject moving marijuana from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3. Key points include:

* The DEA considered 163 applicants but selected only 25 based on unknown criteria.

* Requests from New York and Colorado officials to participate were rejected.

* The DEA appeared to support almost a dozen opponents of rescheduling.

A lawsuit has been filed by a group of doctors to compel the DEA to redo its witness selection or explain its actions.

Cannabis Is More Effective In Treating Musculoskeletal Pain Than Traditional Medications Are, Patients Say In New Study – Marijuana Moment

I know this to be true from my personal pain as well as both my Ex-Wives have Sciatica back pain. Each I took to pain management and on both occasions the Doctor told us she was doing the best treatment she could. As his page management would not help better than the cannabis and in fact would have to stop the cannabis to be on pain management!

It’s wild, see the whole story at MJ Movement at the link below.

“Marijuana” Recheduling Imminent? Lets See?

There’s another set of whispers again that they may “imminently” reschedule Marijuana. Is Cannabis reform coming? Not that they did it last time. It would be nice if it’s not just another denial of the use of Cannabis as Medicine. The United States Government has Patent – 6,630,507 that shows they know Cannabis deserves more than Schedule 1 (NO USE). Though they always go in circles saying “it needs to be studied more.” When it’s one of Mankind’s oldest crops and medicines… (Check Emperor Wears No Clothes by Jack Herer for all the details – Emperor – JackHerer.com)

So far we’ve only come across silly ideas of Regulation of Cannabis. I’ll skip the rants today on where we SHOULD go, but that information is here.

What’s a rescheduling of marijuana going to do? At another schedule, it’s still ONLY going to be by a doctor’s permission and controlled. In my study, the only reasonable thing that changes is the legality of use. Cannabis will be able to be banked, as if you don’t know it’s generally illegal to store money for what the federal government considers illegal drugs. So, they are forced to deal with cash.

Reschedule won’t help… We need Cannabis Reform. Dig further with Marijuana Movement’s details.

Missourians NEED to VOTE “NO” – On Recreational Marijuana – Amendment 3

Amendment 3 to make Marijuana Recreational is on the ballot. Sadly many will see it as a great thing and “Making Cannabis legal” it does NOT do such a thing. It really just shuffles prohibition around so adults can “legally” carry more. No protections if you get up and drive the next day or month! The THC will still be in your blood when you get in an accident, and it will go towards you – even if not your fault. No considerations of that are taken in.

This regulation really only goes to assist in the moving the Cannabis profits to a system they can try and regulate.

Expunging past offenses get us NO WHERE as it only moves your offenses to a system “physically and electronically segregated“!

Costs on cannabis go up, taxed to add 6% more and another 3% if the locality it’s in wants in too.

Punishment for having this SAFE plant get added – it is safe as FOOD, in fact, is a superfood! Even though maybe medical necessary and is safe penalties get ADDED! – “Purposefully possessing amounts in excess of twice the legal limit shall be punishable by imprisonment of up to one year and a fine of up to two thousand dollars as an infraction under applicable law.”

Another makes a fine for making concentrate in your home! What if this is medically needed? You’ll have to not DIY and take it commercial instead! “$1000 FINE FOR PRODUCING CONCENTRATES IN YOUR HOME

This isn’t real legalization, its a total shift for the dispensary business and NOT in favor of the cannabis consumer. A Fellow advocate breaks it down much better detail and links to the details of the law he made for the state. We need to free cannabis, restore it back to the time before 1937 when it was a free commodity.

Cannabis and Christianity -WEEDIQUETTE – God on High – VICE

An older clip, but for sure shows some silly Harassment from Christians for involving cannabis and bible study! Why?!? Cannabis is in the bible, this rejection has scares people off – often I find it also a hard thing for Christians to swallow, why?!? would you reject your ‘stoner’ friends and family? In the most you’d see it as a “sin” (which I disagree with and feel is provable) and they would need help, not rejection. Gets me… Stoners, Weed Smokers, God Loves you. Non “Users” – should study the great wisdom God has given us with cannabis – primarily in Israel! It’s in the Holy anointing oil and burned in the 🕊 Holy of Holies… What are you trying to call evil? Looks like God made all Herb GOOD for the use of mankind!
